HR Suresh

Managing Partner

HR Suresh, a Civil Engineer, has over three decades of experience in residential as well as commercial projects. He is responsible for day-to-day operations including jobsite activities, execution of work and resource allocations.

He carries the overall responsibility of strategic planning, financial management and complete development and construction operations. In his capacity, he provides executive leadership on preconstruction, estimation and business development for all projects. He collaborates with his team to accommodate specific changes/requests/tasks with regards to construction from clients. A firm believer of meticulous planning, ethical practices and on time delivery of projects, he understands the complexities and unique challenges found in any construction project and uses his experience and expertise to ensure efficient and effective outcomes in a seamless manner.

HR Manjunath

Managing Partner

HR Manjunath brings an extensive and strong background of construction experience of over four decades. His passion for construction and his commitment to building relationships with clients are the primary forces that guide him in his role as a Managing Partner. Currently, he oversees most of the pre-construction, construction and execution of operations in Mysore.

He is focused on business development and drives the company’s focus to develop pursuit strategies for new work. With a civil engineering background and vast experience, his outstanding client relationship management is a strong asset to our company. His keen sense of vision along with the sensitivity to the needs and requirements of clients have helped cultivate new and maintain current customer relations in all these years.

Deepak Shankar

Managing Partner

Deepak is responsible for the company’s overall growth and financial health. A mechanical engineer, he joined the firm in 2004. With varied experience in both residential as well as commercial projects, Deepak brings in strong business acumen and a proclivity for challenging conventional thinking which, in turn, has helped progress in a positive direction.

In his capacity, he oversees the company’s financial activities as well as risk management, planning and IT functions along with monitoring the construction activities on a daily basis. His direct liaison with the government executives on legalities and approvals for projects is vital to our company. He is also responsible for analyzing and negotiating contracts for new projects and providing advice to the team throughout the construction and closeout process.

Ashwin Venkatesh

Director - Sales and Marketing

With a passion for delivering excellence and results, Ashwin is responsible for the company’s branding, advertising, and image initiatives, along with strategic communications across all stakeholders. He embodies the company's vision and values and is passionate about building a welcoming and dynamic work culture. His unique perspective and integrated and collaborative approach to every project and his ability to relate to clients are some of the key assets to the company.

Ashwin brings over 17 years of Sales & marketing experience working with leading companies such as RE ROGERS where he has created enterprise-wide marketing strategies, established core competencies, and restaged business units. He is responsible for Client Relations, talent recruiting and retention and employee relations. He collaborates with every member of the team to provide a strategic direction on all projects from early conceptual planning through active management of owner occupancy. His unique combination of experience with people relations and seamless communication makes it easy for clients, and potential clients, to understand the value of the company’s services. He provides our clients with the assurance that they have a strong advocate for their needs in him that is crucial to our company. He is a consummate team player with a commitment to ensuring the success of a project and satisfaction of the client. These have resulted in achieving high levels of trust with the clients and upped our company’s performance.
